Near the Pichauris park and the hills of Marcel Pagnol, this beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped house offers an ideal starting point for exploring the region and the gentle pace of life in the South of France. This accommodation can sleep up to 8 guests, thanks to its 4 sleeping areas: Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed (first floor) Bedroom 2: One sofa bed with two 80cm mattresses (upstairs) Bedroom 3: One queen-size bed (upstairs) Bedroom 4: Two single beds (upstairs). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The living areas include a furnished lounge and a dining area with a table that can comfortably seat everyone. The accommodation has two shower rooms, one on the first floor and one on the first floor, as well as two separate toilets. PRIME LOCATION: You will be staying in the heart of the village. You can stroll through the typical Provençal streets, discover the market every Wednesday, and explore the hiking trails in this unspoiled corner of Provence. You will also be a 25-minute drive from Marseille city center and its beaches, and 40 minutes from the Calanques of Marseille and Cassis. HEATING: In winter, enjoy comfortable accommodation thanks to the reversible air conditioning (heating function) on the first floor. Each bedroom has individual heating, and both bathrooms also have their own heating for optimal comfort in all seasons. PARKING: The property has a private parking space, ideal for a small car or a mid-size SUV. You will also find numerous parking spaces and parking lots in the vicinity of the property.
