This house, with its large terrace providing spectacular views, is located 100 m from the beach and 3 km from the Carry-le-Rouet town centre. Between Aix-en-Provence's rich architectural heritage (40 km) and the port city of Marseille (30km), Carry-le-Rouet is a resort where you will find a marina, beaches with restaurants, sheltered creeks and numerous sports and water sports. Everything to ensure the perfect holiday. The house is semi-detached on the right and the railway line, which is about 200 m away, is a sparcely used regional line.

INSIDE
By car, you arrive at the garage level (ground floor) where the stairs lead up to the house, which is on the first floor. On this floor, the villa has an air conditioned bedroom with double bed, and an adjoining shower room with a WC. On the second floor, there is the air conditioned lounge/dining room, with an open-plan kitchen and access to the terrace, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, a bedroom with large double bed and a shower room with a WC. The two bedrooms on the second floor have an electric heater.

OUTSIDE
You can park one car in the garage and another in front. You will not tire of spending time on the beautiful large terrace with its panoramic and endless view over the sea, offering a feeling of well-being and relaxation. For the sporty ones : about 100 m from the house is a boules track and 2 boules games are available.

OUR OPINION
A comfortable, partly air conditioned house, with garage which is essential in summer, whose main asset is its proximity to the sea, beaches, restaurants and numerous activities which make for an unforgettable stay.
