Very bright, modern loft type with volume, the apartment benefits from a private south-facing terrace on the rooftops overlooking the Cathedral of the Major and a small sea view.
Completely renovated in 2022, it has a bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom with Italian shower, a living room with a corner sofa that can be used as an additional bed for two people, a 5-metre long bar with high stools for an aperitif and a fully equipped open kitchen.

The bay window opening onto the entire façade gives access to the 17 m2 teak terrace with a corner for four to have lunch outside and two sun loungers sheltered by a 10 m2 shade sail. The LED lighting under the bar and behind the kitchen worktop gives a subdued atmosphere that complements a series of ceiling spotlights with variable brightness.

The apartment offers all the comfort you need to relax with a Bose Bluetooth speaker, a large screen TV also Bluetooth, air conditioning, and all the equipment for breakfast or cooking: juicer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, induction hob, toaster, microwave oven, classic oven, refrigerator and freezer. Of course, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a heated towel rail.
The area is lively during the day but quiet at night.

Other remarks: There is no elevator because the historic district is safeguarded so there is a narrow and then quite steep staircase between the 2nd and 3rd floors (not very recommended for people with walking difficulties or carrying large suitcases)
