“Very beautiful area. Beach was a 2 minute walk from the front door to a powder soft sand beach with teal colored water. Fresh water pool if you don't care to swim in the sea. Super friendly neighbors but lots of privacy. Yvette gave a great run down of the amenities in the neighborhood. Strongly recommend Sunset Pizza right outside of gate to Treasure Cay.”

“A perfect vacation rental for 4 couples - each bedroom with ensuite bathrooms and separate air conditioning and a wonderful gathering spot for all in the kitchen and living room. We were delighted to walk directly onto the deck only to see our own beach with epic views.”

“Property was lovely, with an unobstructed view of the ocean and plenttyyy of patio. Primary bedroom looks out at the ocean, as does the living room/ kitchen. Second bedroom is landside but with direct patio access. Host was lovely, had filtered water in the fridge for us and answered all my questions about how to book a ferry, etc. Thank you Kate!”

“Comfortable and cozy villa provided a great base from which to enjoy Treasure Cay. Neighborhood pool and beach area were great. Met many friendly visitors. Unable to get a golf cart but found the walk to Bahamas Beach Club to be quite enjoyable along the beautiful beach.”

“Very well appointed and newly renovated bungalow a minute’s walk from the world famous Treasure Cay beach. Very well maintained community with a nice pool and easy access. Perfect for those that are looking for a quiet getaway on the island of Abaco. Make sure to get groceries in Marsh harbour as Treasure Cay is still recovering from hurricane Dorian. Highly recommend!”

“My husband and I just spent 10 days in Paradise. The villa was so well thought out with all the amenities and a kitchen that had everything you could need - even a chilled wine holder in the freezer. We had a hard time with flight delays etc. but the car rental Brian recommended was at the airport when we arrived. Brian checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and his caretaker stopped by twice. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor grill was really nice. I especially liked the water...

“House did not disappoint. You can hear the waves crashing at night from the house. Pergola out by the beach is very comfortable. Amazing views. Would stay here again for sure. Only surprise was the road to the house from Hope Town is not paved and full of potholes so the golf cart rides are rough.”

Staff was accommodating and responsive. The restaurant options in Treasure Cay are limited and fairly basic, so if you are looking for more meal options you will have to drive the 35 minutes to Marsh Harbour. Prestige Car rental offers good cars for less than it costs to rent a golf cart.”
