“No AC was communicated with us. It was 85 degrees in the room and would have been great to know upon arrival. No hot water.”

“We have a small pup that joined us and found the enclosed area very nice. A wonderous place and location... Hog Island oyster farm super close as was Nick's Cove restaurant.”

“A guest beneath us smoked marijuana for over an hour, and the smoke filled our room while we had our 8-month-old baby with us. We called the front desk twice and nothing was done. When my husband spoke to the front desk manager , she was rude and unprofessional and did not handle the situation appropriately. The issue was only addressed after escalation, but by then our stay was already disrupted. We also followed up afterward and did not receive a proper resolution.”
