“Didn’t even check in. Pulled into the parking lot and noticed that the windows were busted out of at least 3 of the rooms. Felt very unsafe. Boyfriend went in and checked the lobby and was going to have host show us a room but the lobby was absolutely nasty. We ended up going in and talking to the host and he told me he had already cancelled my booking because the card I used to hold the room didn’t go through.
