Motel a Marshalltown

“The property is rundown inside and out. Inside the building there was an odd odor, luckily only in the halls and not in our room. The mattress wasn’t terrible, the linens were very thin though. The only light for the bathroom also turns on the bathroom vent which was extremely loud. Staff was friendly and the early check-in was appreciated. ”

“The room was spacious, clean and neat. The furniture was new but the chairs weren't very comfy. We liked the kitchenette with the large refrigerator. The inside of the hotel was good but the outside was trashy, I saw lots off cigarette butts, beer cans and paper trash around the building. The outside door had key readers but were opened without the keycard. The room was much nicer than most econo hotels and the price was right. If you are just passing through, it's ok.”

“The staff was friendly.. People just standing around outside... Alot of guest living there with people coming in and out.. Room was ok, had a moldly smell..had a refrigerator no microwave or coffee pot in room. Towels and sheets were clesn but dingy looking... The pool had kids in it with no adult supervision..”

“Awesome service. Only problem was a power outage caused by a storm. Not anyone fault. Best property we have stayed at in a long time. ”
