Casa sulla spiaggia immacolata nel desiderabile Green Harbour, direttamente su Duxbury Beach (la spiaggia più grande e migliore della costa meridionale). Così vicino all'oceano, penserai di essere su una barca! Addormentarsi nel surf. Sveglia all'alba sull'oceano. Goditi il caffè del mattino sul ponte, quindi fai una lunga passeggiata sulla spiaggia. Goditi il tramonto nel cortile ben curato. Full house con tutti i comfort, grande terrazza con vista sull'oceano e patio. Il tuo rifugio privato, vicino a Boston e Cape Cod, ma lontano da tutto ...

Al piano superiore: tre camere da letto con vista diretta sull'oceano. Lussuosa suite padronale con letto matrimoniale, bagno privato (doppio lavandino, vasca antica con piedi ad artiglio, doccia a due teste) e cabina armadio principale. Seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, terza camera da letto con due letti matrimoniali. La seconda e la terza camera condividono un bagno completo con vista sul giardino sul retro e sulle paludi.

Al piano inferiore: ampio soggiorno con finestre end-to-end che si affacciano sull'oceano, accogliente camino a gas, comodi divani, TV a grande schermo con pacchetto via cavo deluxe e un'alcova con una sedia a dondolo e finestre su un cortile paesaggistico professionale. Cucina completa con elettrodomestici moderni che completano l'originale lavello antico, oltre a lavatrice e asciugatrice di grande capacità. Sala da pranzo con vista sull'oceano. Una tana fuori dal soggiorno funge anche da studio / ufficio e offre ulteriore spazio per dormire con un letto estraibile (che si apre in due letti matrimoniali).

All'esterno: ampio ponte e patio sull'oceano avvolgenti. Scale private per la spiaggia (in stagione). Scale pubbliche per tutto l'anno una porta in basso, rampa pubblica in barca tre porte in basso. Cortile recintato paesaggistico professionale con sentiero lastricato, doccia esterna e una tettoia con mobili da giardino e giochi da spiaggia.

Ampio vialetto pavimentato con spazio per 6 veicoli.

Situato in un quartiere residenziale adatto alle famiglie, con residenti tutto l'anno su entrambi i lati.

A pochi passi da casa:
- Green Harbor Lobster pound - acquista aragoste intere vive o al vapore, deliziosi involtini di aragosta e frutti di mare fritti, patatine fritte e anelli di cipolla.
- Il "Genny" - un vecchio negozio di quartiere vecchio stile con caramelle, pennellate, gelaterie, generi alimentari e birra / vino / liquori.

A breve distanza in auto dai ristoranti e dai negozi di Brant Rock, dal supermercato e dai negozi di Webster Plaza.

Great Beach House

We had a wonderful long weekend here. The house is well-maintained and right on the beach. We were there in the off season but enjoyed the peace and the long walks along the beach and into the neighboring Duxbury area. Easy drive from Boston and close to the Plymouth historic areas. Looking forward to seeing it in-season!

JUST PERFECT!!

Though Marshfield was a home during our younger years, it's easy to be bias. However, this home is a gem. Immaculately clean and the instructions for the home were clear and easy to follow. Damian, the host, was immediately attentive to our needs and he followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. From the time of making the reservations to leaving the home, Damian and Cathy were professional and friendly. In the home, we took advantage of the fireplace which made the house feel warm, comfy and homelike. The living room was our hang out spot during the evening. The Star Market grocery store is approximately nine minutes away and it has all the necessities including organic items that you need. We walked on the beach every day. High tide was captivating to watch when it struck the seawall. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful to walk around. Haddad's restaurant offers terrific seafood with great service. There is music on Saturday's. Boston was about a 35-minute drive and during the times we drove, the traffic was easy to navigate through. Recommend visiting Eataly. It is an Italian grocery store and restaurant with a large variety of food from Italy. Lots of cheeses and meats to choose from. We recommend enjoying a stay at this Nantucket oceanfront home.

Lovely beach house

We were looking for a comfortable beach house to gather with our 3 adult children and my mother for Thanksgiving. This lovely beach home was perfect. It was a short drive to Plymouth. The expansive view and sounds of the ocean made the house extra cozy. The kitchen was well-stocked and the owners were very communicative and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend!

Northeast Road Adventure

We are on a 25 day road adventure from Missouri. The location was incredible and the home is stunning! Easy drive to Boston to walk the Freedom Trail. We also spent a day at the Plimoth Village. Damian and Cathy were quick to respond to and questions and had some great restaurant recommendations. We would highly recommend. We didn’t want to leave!!! Views are breathtaking!!

Amazing location and wonderful stay

Everything was as advertised. The location was fantastic. Really close to everything you need. My friends and i were comfortable and loved the roar of the ocean and even a daily sighting of a seal.

Waterfront Green Harbor Home Delights

This is the 3rd year we’ve rented this home on the sea wall in Green Harbor. It is immaculate and well-appointed. The sound of the ocean is mesmerizing and we find ourselves more relaxed within a day of arriving. The major attractions there for us are experiencing the weather, good or bad, both are enjoyable, and having everything we need to cook meals and invite family for an afternoon of hanging on the back deck on the weekend. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and we appreciate and respect that. We sleep well at Green Harbor and find ourselves greatly revived and energized by the salt spray by the time we head home. We hope to go back next year, and highly recommend this location. Be assured: the owners are truly responsive if any questions arise before or during your stay.

Awesome cottage on the sea wall.

We loved this place! Right on the sea wall. It was awesome just hanging out on the deck. Very short walk to a beautiful sandy, uncrowded beach. (The beach goes away at high tide, which is typical for the south shore in MA.) The house is bright, well decorated/updated, and is very roomy. In a nice quiet upscale neighborhood.

Great view

We loved the location of this property. When we had an issue,(that we created!) it was handled very quickly. Beautiful view, hated it was too cold and wet for us to sit on deck and enjoy the waves.

Family Holiday

We spent the week of Thanksgiving and the house had all of the amenities a family of 4 required. Centrally located for trips to Cape Cod, Plymouth and Boston. A wonderful beach to walk on each day and quiet neighborhood. We hope to return again!

Wonderful House and Location

We just came home from 10 days of relaxing, watching the surf, listening to the waves crashing right below the deck, and seeing a great variety of fishing and pleasure boats going out from and in to Green Harbor. We were very pleased to find the kitchen so well equipped. The detailed notes provided by the owners answered every question we might have had during our stay. If we ever decide to vacation in the area again, we hope this house will be available.

Fantastic stay in a Nantucket style oceanfront house!

Damian and Cathy are excellent hosts. They provided clear communication, quick problem solving and were so pleasant to work with. The house is wonderful! Spacious and right on the beach… fun for grandkids, their parents and grandparents! The house is very clean and stocked with everything you need. The community is awesome, too! We ventured to Boston, Plymouth and the Cape easily. Thank you, Damian and Cathy, for a fabulous time!

Excellent place for a beach front relaxing trip!

The house was better than the pictures. 5 of us stayed comfortably with room to spare. The host were very easy and helpful. They answered all our questions quickly and were very attentive. The host were off site. You get the whole house. Everything you need is there. They have decent cooking supply, washer and dryer work great. Location is great, you can hear the waves and watch the sunrise from the upstairs bedrooms. Spacious parking, we only had 2 cars but could have fit more. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation home, this place will not disappoint.

34 Bay Ave great spot!

We’ve spent some time each summer at nearby Humarock beach for years, and have opinions about beach cottages as a result of that experience. 34 Bay Ave, Marshfield is by far the most comfortable home we’ve visited, or stayed in, in the area. Gracious and helpful (offsite) hosts, plenty of space to relax and to work. We greatly enjoyed this wonderful space. Everything you need is there. The beach was less swimmable at that location due to tides, abundant seaweed, and sea wall, but only if that matters to you. It didn’t hinder our wonderfully refreshing time in this well-kept and lovely seaside home. Thank you!

AMAZING

We had a wonderful time in this Marshfield beach home. It is right on the water and has so many great views from the home. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the large oceanside deck which is a great place to watch the sunrise with morning coffee and sunset with the nightcap of your choice. The home was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The owners made communication and check-in a breeze. We would definitely rent the home again. We had an amazing time at the home and in the area.

A delightful stay in Green Harbor

This property is exactly what my family and I were looking for in a beach vacation rental - easy access to the beach, A/C, sufficient parking spots, and plenty of indoor space. The waterfront view was beautiful, and falling asleep/waking up to the sound of the waves felt very relaxing. With other beach properties I've felt very cramped, but that was not the case here. This is a great location on a notoriously fun beach. You get A LOT in return for your vacation dollar here.

Anniversary splurge

We live in Marshfield and wanted a special vacation spot to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our 2 sons and their families. This house was very comfortable and provided enough space for the 10 of us to share a wonderful meal with grilled steak and lobsters from the Green Harbor Lobster Pound nearby. Throughout the week we got together to enjoy the beach, take walks, jump off the bridge (teens only!), and sit on the back deck overlooking the sea. We loved the night breezes and sound of the waves. At high tide, sitting on the deck was like being on a cruise ship! An early glitch with the disposal was very quickly resolved by the owner.

Lovely Comfortable Beach Home

This house does not disappoint! Located right on the ocean in a nice neighborhood with easy beach access. The house is light & airy with a very relaxing and comfortable feeling. We had older parents join us overnight and the full bath and bedroom on first floor was appreciated (somewhat steep stairs to second floor). Second floor bedrooms are airy and spacious. We rented for a week at the end of April/beginning of May which brought a couple of cool drizzly days. House is easily adjusted with dual zone thermostats. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need-just bring food and drink. The deck was the favorite spot and we grilled many nights. Host was incredibly organized, friendly and offered local suggestions. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely return!

Getaway vacation

We really enjoyed our time. The location is fabulous. I loved looking at the waves rolling in from the bedroom window. The host had all the kitchen amenities. The host is very responsive. The only issue we had was that the house got cool on chilly days.
