“Room was clean, although the lighting in the room was rather dim. 2 bath towels for a double queen was not enough. didn't request more, just used our beach towels.
The location was convenient for our reason for stay (close to hospital) and also for shopping, gas and restaurants.
The front desk clerk called me back because there was a question with my cr card. They could not get it to go through, said it had a date of 3/31/26 and they were charging on 4/1/26. either the evening or daytime clerk...

“No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to...
