“The young people who checked us in were so helpful and pleasant. I didn't have enough light to read, so they brought me another light fixture. I didn't know how to turn on som lights, so, they came up and showed. Love these two young people.”

“Honestly I made the reservation before reading the reviews but did read them as I was on the way there and it made me nervous. As I went to the front desk it was around 9:30pm and there was no one there, waited about 10 minutes and someone finally made it to the counter. I was checked in by two people and one was very nice and the other one was strictly business with zero customer service skills but you can tell this is just how they are, straight business. “The room needed upkeep. Maybe clean doors to bathroom, new paint along baseboards, definitely new rugs! Bed was pretty bad! Freezing when I arrived. Some things were updated awhile ago, but limited finishing. I will not stay another night.”

“We were put in the wrong room on the third floor with no elevator. We had to move to the second floor in another building with no elevator. No assistance was offered even when I mentioned that it was difficult for to ladies in their mid 70’s. Breakfast was less than impressive.”

“We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Marina Inn. It’s a cute and newly renovated hotel with a very convenient location. It’s very clean, interior is tastefully decorated and staff is amazing. The breakfast is continental but a bit more variety than expected. We also enjoyed the cookie jar with fresh chocolate chip cookies available all day as well as coffee in the kitchen/reception area. Special thanks to Samantha at the front desk for being very friendly and kind. ”

“A lot of unhoused, many wandering around the parking lot at all hours. Room service is nonexistent and when they showed up, it was just to drop off towels. Staff is nice, though. I definitely will not stay here again and do NOT recommend this property.”
