“Everything about my stay here was 5-star from check in to check out. I couldn’t believe how cute the place was and the Host thought of everything! I usually prefer a luxury hotel when I travel because I know what to expect. But this place exceeded my expectations! Oh and you can walk to the property from the ferry, grocery and great restaurants are super close. I only needed an Uber one time to get to my meeting in Oak Bluffs. Other than that I enjoyed the conveniences of being in Vineyard...

“We had a great stay at the carriage house - I'm giving it 5 stars all around as that's as high a rating as I can give it. Elaine is a great host, the house is lovely and clean and perfectly equipped - kitchen, towels, sheets, furniture, etc. The location was great for our getaway. It is right across the street from the water and very quiet and serene.”

“The property is in the middle of the woods, very quiet and peaceful, exactly a place to getaway from the daily hustle. It also comes with bugs but Russell was quick to respond and take care of it once we communicated the issue with him ”

“Mimi and Pete were awesome! The love shack was super cute and was everything we needed it to be! Love the location access to the bike path and bus stop at the end of the road. Pete was kind enough to provide two bikes and we loved the privacy and neighborhood.”

“The house was amazing, and just as described and shown in pictures. It is a 3 minute walk from the ferry - great to do a car-less trip to Martha's Vineyard - rent bicycles and/or use the bus system. We would certainly stay here again.”

“For the last few years my we’ve taken a trip to the Vineyard to celebrate our anniversary after eloping there in the fall of 2020. We decided that it would be nice to bring the dog and invite family down, Mikes place gave us the perfect spot to do that it’s a great location with plenty of room for five adults and small dog, the house was clean and has a great outdoor shower as well. I would definitely recommend staying there.”

“We we’re in MV for the marathon. My 18 ur old ran it (his first). The house was located right near the ferry black dog tavern/ bakery and store as well as stop and shop and several pizza shops! The house was exceptionally clean and the outdoor space is beautiful! Mike checked in with me often to see if we needed anything. The house had everything you need and more. Including a kuerig with complimentary coffee pods and tea options as well. We’ll stocked with soaps shampoo and conditioner paper...

“This cabin is recently renovated and well laid out. When we arrived it was clean and the owner left a nice welcome gift. There is a little beach in walking distance and walking/hiking/biking trails at each end of the road. It very convenient to Edgartown by bike or car and easy to get up island by car or bus. For us, the best feature is that they allow dogs. Ours loved their vacation with walks and swimming every day. They have asked to go back. All paws up from the pups!”
