“This place is spotless!! The staff is always cleaning. Breakfast was amazing…if I ever get back to East Wenatchee, I would definitely stay here and will let friends And family knoe also. “No one explained that you needed to use your key card to turn on the light. And I arrived after dark so was not able to see anything in the entry to figure it out myself. I spent my stay with only one bedside light (the other one didn’t work) and a desk light. Very inconvenient when there is no lighting in the bathroom. Didn’t call front desk as there no lighting to read the options in the phone.”

“Wife slipped and fell in the shower and sprained her wrist .. the hotel used something to make the tub shell so slippery .. had the night manger come up to check and he even said the same thing still havent heard a response after telling them 4 times i want a update Wenatchee sunnyslope location ”

“Room was nice and clean and the staff was also very helpful. The elevator was not that great and not quite clean. Also there was no free drinking water available; there was coffee and ice available but no drinking water. They should at least give two bottles of water in room for each day of stay. Otherwise no complaints, breakfast as expected was just okay same thing everyday.”

“Let me be clear, the staff that I interacted with was so nice and helpful. The first room they assigned me at 6pm was not cleaned from the previous guest. They then set me up in a room that had a conjoined room that was occupied and had a 2.5 inch gap from the door to the floor and I could hear ever word the guest next door was saying and I tried to muffle it with a towel but it barely worked. “This is always our favorite place to stay. From the moment we walk thru the door with our little furbaby we are all greeted with smiles & above and beyond customer service. From a fast check-in, to a free room upgrade- this hotel makes your stay cozy and relaxing. Breakfast is delicious. Hot eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, oatmeal with all the fixins, and much more...
