“The property —a classic Hudsonian house restored with care— and room were exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The complimentary coffee and snacks in the shared kitchen were very thoughtful (and delicious) and communication with the owner via text was lightning speed. “The staff were amazing. I like the idea of the Spark hotels but this one had just opened and has some things to work out. First-they were overdoing cleaning with Fabulosa and our room stunk so bad we had to change rooms-the staff was very accommodating when changing our room. 2-towels were brand new/never washed so when you dried off with the towels you had little white fuzzies all over your body. 3-the floors looked dirty but it was just sloppy construction grout that was caked on the tile...
