“Great location in Mahone Bay. Welcoming owners, nice rooms. Shared bathroom but that is expected in a B&B. Easy walking to restaurants and around town. Nice continental breakfast (we had fresh cooked croissants). Only complaint was lack of plugs/charing ports in room (had to unplug TV to access a plug).”

“Motel room was small. Queen bed with coffee maker and fridge but bathroom was minuscule and no counter space at all for toiletries. Would stay again but request a suite. Owner was more than helpful and helped us out with TV and heating unit. Don’t have any other accommodation in Lunenburg with which to compare it.”

“Had an awesome couple of days. Hubbards is a beautiful spot and the Tuna Blue Inn is fantastic. The staff are amazing. The restaurant is great. Unfortunately we were late in the season so things weren't as lively. The only issue was with the water pressure in the shower but we loved our stay.”

“When booking through Expedia, we were not made aware that the hotel was undergoing major renovations. There was active construction during the day and access to rooms was limited or through the construction zone. The room itself had double beds that were very uncomfortable. Air conditioner and fridge were great This is our third night stay in a hotel and we haven’t quite figured out the smart TVs, which was the case in this room as well. “The Homeport Motel is nothing fancy. A good clean motel. Located about 15 minutes from the main pier and shops and restaurants. Quiet with comfy beds. Tim Hortons and NSLC within walking distance. We would stay again.”

“We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The room was comfortable and the location was nice. The only issue was there was no space in the bathroom for toiletries.”
