Sleeping arrangements

The cabin sleeps up to six guests. Two bedrooms each hold a queen bed, and a loft provides two twin beds. The layout offers a blend of shared space and privacy, perfect for families or small groups.



Bathrooms & comfort

Two full bathrooms serve the home, including a spa tub just off the primary bedroom for a soothing soak after a day outdoors. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided to keep you cozy on cooler nights.

A warm living area centers on a wood‑burning fireplace, with heating for winter evenings and a window AC unit for warmer days. A TV invites relaxed nights in, while WiFi supports streaming and video calls—though service can be slower in this remote setting. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to brew coffee on a slow morning or prepare a hearty dinner after exploring nearby trails. A dining space lets you enjoy meals together before stepping out onto the deck.

Private access to Sleepy Creek is a short 15‑minute walk away; the creek is shallow and seasonal, but the surrounding woods remain peaceful year‑round. Cacapon State Park is about 15 minutes away for hiking and golf, while Berkeley Springs’s restaurants, shops, and attractions are a 20‑minute drive.



Good to know

The cabin is pet‑friendly for dogs, with children’s dinnerware and baby safety gates, but cats are not allowed due to allergies. Self check‑in is via lockbox. High‑voltage power lines are visible through the trees about 100 yards from the back deck—no safety issue, just a visual note. Leaves, pollen, and natural debris may appear on outdoor surfaces despite regular cleaning; we appreciate your understanding of the natural setting.



Guest Access:

You'll have the cabin and surrounding property to yourselves. You can also access the small stream a short walk down the road.

Tony can be reached via cell/text during your stay, and a property manager can be onsite for any issues that arise.
