“Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! ”

“Wonderful family owned bed and magnificent Ukrainian style breakfast! So much food and professionally prepared and served.
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful (especially to inept Ukrainian speaking Americans).
Rooms were cleaned daily. Only down grade would be enough water pressure to have the power jets in the shower to work properly but you could take normal shower with plenty of hot water.
Quaint but well maintained garden area. Provided a nice peaceful tranquil setting to relax...

“all'arrivo non trovavano la prenotazione (alle 21,30) e volevano vendermi un altra camera piu' costosa, asserendo che l'hotel fosse in overbooking, dopo aver mostrato la prenotazione sia sullo smart phone sia sul mio computer è saltata fuori la stanza! Mi hanno riferito che il ristorante interno avrebbe chiuso alle 22,30 ma quando mi sono presentato alle 22,10 risultava già chiuso!! Arrived the apartment, was shown how the keys worked, the appliances, and left to settle in. Any questions I had were answered promptly and I was thoroughly pleased with the accommodations. Only issues I had were due to my lack of competency in the native language, and figured out most of it myself through trial and error. Picked up for return ride to airport punctually, great place, great people.. Thank you Yurii and Sasha”

“It's an okay place but many small flaws that could easily be fixed...
- Broken light bulbs
- Broken oven handle
- Flickering kitchen light - They didn't want to replace it
- Flickering lights in the bed room
- Resturant beneath - Smells of a lot of food if you open the windows. The floor gets warm from their ovens.
- Good in the winter, bad in the summer or even in October.
- Details in the shower cabin broken
- Dirty floor in the whole apartment
- Furniture beetles in the couch
- Broken couch...

“Dipende cosa si cerca. Le camere sono esattamente come in foto: moderne, luminose e pulite.
La posizione sicuramente è strategica, in pieno centro vicino alla cattedrale.
Il contro è il complesso dove sono situate le camere, che effettivamente è l'unico dettaglio che non compare in foto.
Lo stabile è fatiscente, in una via che totalmente da ghetto ucraino. Per farvi un idea, la sera del nostro arrivo, il tassista ha avuto paura lasciarci lì.
Il personale è inesistente, potrete trovare solo...
