GRANDE AFFITTO MENSILE

A causa dei regolamenti della zonizzazione urbana devo affittare per il mese. Sto affittando la mia casa per il prezzo di una settimana in questa zona e puoi restare per un mese.

La casa è una casa di mattoni a un piano facilmente accessibile senza scale. Ci sono due camere da letto per gli ospiti e un bagno su un lato della casa con letti queen size in entrambi. La camera da letto principale e il bagno sul lato opposto della casa. Questa camera ha un letto king size. La casa è molto pulita e accogliente con un camino per l'inverno e una grande veranda riparata per intrattenere con un grill a gas. La casa è circondata da una recinzione della privacy. La cucina è completamente arredata e include tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto. I pavimenti nella parte principale sono piastrellati e le camere hanno moquette. Home ha Netflix e molti film da guardare.

Questa casa si trova a 3 miglia da Ft Walton Beaches e 7 miglia a Destin e Navarre Beach. L'Hurlburt Field si trova a 3,2 km, mentre l'Eglin AFB si trova a 12,8 km.

Amazing home!!

We stayed for a family wedding and couldn’t have been happier! The home was spotless, spacious, and well stocked with modern appliances and super comfy beds. The host was incredibly kind and attentive—she had the lights and AC on for our arrival, checked in with helpful tips, and even shared a restaurant coupon. Quiet, safe location and truly the best rental we’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

Graduation celebration

We rented this place to celebrate our Granddaughters graduation. The house was perfect for our group. Only issue was the neighbors apperaently dont like a little noise and complained we were too loud at night. If you stay, keep it down. Our host was wonderful.

Beautiful house in amazingly clean and kept up shape!

Property is in 10/10 shape. A lot of coastal houses are shaky but this one is obviously well maintained. Shower was high pressure and great to use. Everything clean and working. Lots and lots of room. Would definitely stay again!

Very Nice and Spacious House

We want to thank our host, Elaine, for being so welcoming and making our stay feel like a home away from home. This house is in a very quiet neighborhood, spacious and very close to everything, specially the military base and the Destin/Ft Walton Beach airport (VPS).

Wonderful!

The property was exactly as presented and the hostess was the mostest! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to this area. It was quiet and the community was friendly. It was also close to everything I needed and wanted to do and go. The hostess provided everything I needed in the house, responded immediately with any requests, and was knowledgeable about what to do in the area. Needless to say, we had an exceptional stay.

The Perfect Beach Escape

We took our annual family trip down to Destin again this year and this home was nothing short of perfection. Usually we are always in the move on vacation but this one was spent mostly relaxing the days away. This home was perfect for our family and was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Elaine was by far one of the most helpful hosts we’ve had in our 8 years of visiting the Destin area. My husband says his favorite part was the covered porch which him and his friend spent most of their time on enjoying the serenity and sun. Beds were comfortable and the home was so inviting and just what we needed after a day out on the sand. We loved the fact that there was a closed garage that we could pull the car in and feel safe with our belongings inside. Neighborhood was very quiet and lovely with quick access to many things. We will definitely be booking again, hopefully sooner than a year out. Thank you Elaina and family for opening your beautiful home to us and making this such an enjoyable experience.

Wonderful place to stay

Friendly & Accommodating

Best VRBO I have ever stayed at!

This should be the blueprint for anyone looking to have their own VRBO, they should stay here first and see how it is done. Every attention to detail is made. Items were not the most generic purchased, everything was top quality. Furniture was great, not flimsy cheap stuff, you really felt like you were staying in a Home and not a house if that makes sense. I would stay again for sure!

Wonderful stay

Just like home

Our host was so accommodating, from special snacks to lots of DVDs and games. TVs in every room, nice furniture and safe neighborhood. Close to restaurants and beaches. Our host was available to answer all our questions. House was very clean and updated.

Relax and enjoy

Love this property. Quiet clean shower was phenomenal. The bed was excellent. The yard was awesome for the dogs. They loved it! It also has a 8-ft privacy fence so you feel like you're on a deserted island. Can't wait to come back! Thank you for having us

Best trip ever

The house was absolutely wonderful. Elaine was an incredible host. Our favorite part was spending the evenings on the screened in back porch watching movies as the sun went down. Elaine left us with some food menu's in our check in book with some awesome suggestions. She was also super helpful in answering any of our qeustions or conserns. The house was very clean and the property very well maintained. All in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back soon to stay here again.

Great Wedding Vacay with our kids!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Elaine had everything set up and ready to go from day 1. We really didn't need to bring anything but our clothes lol. She absolutely made us feel comfortable. That's that southern hospitality!!!! The house was very spacious and looked just like the pictures provided! Our kids and dog enjoyed the back patio the most! When we return to Ft. Walton/Destin, we will definitely see if this place is available!!! Thank you Elaine!
