“Stayed for one night. The hotel is spacious, clean, quiet and very conveniently located at Redmond Town Centre. The hotel looks and feels modern. I loved that the room had two king beds which is quite rare.”

“rooms are in ok condition, hallway rugs are loose, lost hot water for 2 days due to accident. breakfast very simple, nothing fancy.”

“Fab location close to downtown, 3 min walk to the metro for Bellevue etc. Staff are great, beds comfy and there's even nice coffee 24/7 in reception. Pancake house over the road is great for breakfast too ”

“Great location. It was spacious & furnished well. The kitchen had useful appliances & cookware. And the Latch app for access worked well once we got the hang of it. The only thing we could fault was the water pressure in the shower. It was really weak. Otherwise, we enjoyed our short & sweet stay. Thank you! ”

“Hotel was fine but they charge 38 dollars to park your car or 60 for vallet which is ridiculous and i didnt see that disclosed before booking. Hotel is on the eastside not in downtown Seattle so charging for parking is ridiculous and street parking isnt possible due to the towncenter strict overnight parking rules.”

“Beautiful tranquil hotel on Lake Washington. This was our second stay and we loved everything about it. Wish we could have stayed longer! The welcome champagne was fantastic, as was the late night snack bar! ”

“Room is dark. Bathroom is dated and was not carefully cleaned. Heating/cooling panel needs time to figure out. Restaurant is more like a counter with free tea/coffee. Limited choice of breakfast. Car is needed to get around. Stuff is very helpful and polite, pleasant to deal with. Shopping mall is in 15-20 minutes walk.”
