Welcome to Coastal Terrace, a modern two-bedroom holiday home in the historic harbour town of Maryport, on Cumbria's beautiful Solway Coast.

Sleeping up to six guests across two bedrooms and a comfortable double sofa bed, Coastal Terrace offers a welcoming base for family holidays, coastal breaks, visits to friends and relatives, and extended stays in West Cumbria.

With a PlayStation 5, air fryer, fully equipped kitchen and easy access to Maryport's harbour and promenade, the property combines home comforts with a convenient coastal location.

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements

Coastal Terrace accommodates up to six guests:

• Bedroom One: Double bed
• Bedroom Two: Two single beds
• Living Room: Double sofa bed with a proper mattress

The sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two guests, making the property particularly suitable for families and groups travelling together.

Please note that guests using the sofa bed will be sleeping in the shared living area rather than a separate bedroom.

Fresh bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are supplied for all guests.

Living Room and Entertainment

The comfortable living area provides a welcoming space to unwind after exploring the Cumbrian coast or spending a busy day working locally.

Entertainment facilities include:

• HDMI-ready televisions for connecting compatible personal devices

Guests are welcome to connect their own compatible devices, such as Fire TV Sticks, to access their preferred entertainment services.

Personal streaming devices and subscriptions are not provided.

Self check-in is provided using a secure electronic door code, allowing guests to arrive independently.

Security Deposit and Pre-Arrival Requirements

Before check-in, guests are required to complete identity verification, accept our rental agreement and provide a refundable £150 security deposit through our secure guest portal.

The deposit is processed as a temporary card pre-authorisation. The amount may appear as a pending transaction but is not normally taken from your account.

The hold is released following checkout, provided no charges are due for damage or other liabilities under the disclosed rental terms. The time taken for the hold to disappear depends on your card provider.

Full check-in instructions, including your electronic door access code, are normally provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once all required pre-arrival steps have been completed.
