“Property is new only complaint is windows let in lots of light no sleeping in. Loved the location and building felt secure.”

“The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped”

“Quaint space in the heart of Westerville. The space was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen items to towels. Host was friendly and prompt at replying. Great price for the area! Just as a heads up, the walls/ceiling are quite thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring some earplugs! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.”

“The location was exactly what I needed and was walkable. The space had a lot of updates that were nice. The kitchen sink was clogged, I notified the host and they asked to enter to unit to fix it but no one ever did come to fix it. The unit also had an odd smell that required a plug in to assist with covering. The bathroom felt unfinished with no towel bars or toilet paper holder. Upstairs neighbors were very noisy very late. And parking was unpredictable but adequate if I chose to walk vs using...

“The immediate property/bldg looked like a vacant crack den. The bed is located at the front door. the pictures in the post, as well as the text of the post are misleading at best. Upon entering the first time i was appauled. contacted manager and offered to forfeit two nights stay as long as they refund the other half to me. that seemed very fair. POSTING IS A GROSS MISREPRESENTATION OF ACTUAL. THERE SHOULD BE CONSEQUENCES WHEN THIS TAKES PLACE. OTHERWISE HARDWORKING PEOPLE GET TAKEN...

“Close to shops and food, great surprise to have a street farmers market. Easy to communicate with host. Space is small but clean. Now for the issues, our first morning there someone broke in to the apt. and scared us but did no damage or theft. Police were called and the host came swiftly and changed the codes to the doors. He had no knowledge of who it was however the person knew the door code so it is assumed the codes hadn’t gotten changed prior to our stay. The hot water only lasts for about...
