“Great cottage with all the amenities of home. Very clean. Location is close to all attractions, yet hidden away on its own little private of wooded property. “Beautiful spot and beautiful home! Super well appointed cozy and relaxing. Responsive and helpful host on site, but separate house. Close to UTK. Stayed here before move in at the university. Left car packed with roof rack and basket on tow hitch overnight. Private secluded parking. Wished we stayed longer! The host even gave us tomatoes from her garden, which were delicious! Highly recommend!”

“Pros.Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Wifi and cable was Great. Showers were hot and had great water pressure. Staff was very nice and check-in was easy. The unit was clean and worked well for us and our 2 small dogs. The unit had a keurig coffee maker, and spices. The bed was comfortable. “Property was exactly as advertised, new and clean. Beautiful mountain views and view of the city. We stayed for a wedding at the Trillium Wedding venue. It was perfect for us. Checkin was easy, we received all the information beforehand, I would recommend and stay again”

“We always take a trip with our besties & found that january & February are the best times time go. This was a cute cottage in a small cul-de-sac if you wanna call it. Quiet neighborhood. Just enough away from the noise of town but you could walk if you wanted to. The house was clean, just as described on the listing & hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 ”
