“This is definitely a secret gem in Ubud. It is just outside of Ubud, so it is much quieter. The staff were so helpful and friendly. It really made our stay memorable. It is only a small vila with 3 rooms. Breakfast was included and was always delicious. There are Balinese as well as Western choices. “Wana Kubu was a 5 star experience in a clean comfortable homestay. Scdeduled their airport pick up service and was picked up at 1:00 AM by Jaiya, one of the hosts. Didn't need to settle bills until next morning. Room was sparse but clean and quiet and comfortable in newer building. Next morning breakfast was provided for a small charge and tasted good.
