“We stayed at the hotel after an intercontinental flight, arrived late and left early but would have loved to spend more time here. The facilities look great, room is spatious with scenic bathroom (shower has a garden view). Staff was very kind, they even prepared a sandwich upon arrival assuming we’ve had no dinner (which was in fact true). I contacted the hotel a while after my stay as I forgot my eyeglasses in the room and they made their best to have them delivered to my next location as soon...

“This is a brand-new hotel, and honestly, I was very impressed by the level of service. Even though it’s an independent brand, the service easily matches that of major international hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent, with a strong focus on healthy options, and the fresh juices were especially refreshing. I stayed in the mezzanine villa, which was absolutely amazing. The spacious layout and the large bathtub were real highlights. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back.”

“Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things: 1. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to. 2. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4. Restaurant staff new our preferences after only one meal. 5. Staff apologized to me when it was my fault I missed a class/activity. There’s more but, go experience it...

“This hotel was incredible!! We had our private pool terrace in our suite. Staff was so helpful and friendly. The out door infinity is gorgeous and it’s about 20 min from Ubud town. Comfortable bed, great WiFi, hot water and AC. Loved it! ”
