“This apartment wasn’t overly clean, unfortunately, which was such a shame as the location is great, the ceilings in all rooms were moldy, broken glasses in the cupboards, mold on the crockery and chopping board, the washing machine was filthy, there was mold in the bathroom, the safe was locked so we couldn’t use it, the wifi was poor, we had 2 towels for a weeks stay and 2 toilet rolls, there was a great lack of kitchen utilities despite it having a kitchen area, no washing up equipment, we had...

“Staff were friendly and very helpful. They even allowed for an early check-in when the room was fully prepared! That being said, compared to my last stay, the shortcomings were more obvious. The safe box in the room was not functioning and the air-conditioning was not as cold as it should be(my friend's room was ice cold to the point of condensation on the windows).
