Hotel con piscina a Masaya

“I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. “Bathroom was never cleaned before I arrived bath drain full of hair bedroom floor had hair from another person that was there before me had to go and ask them to get some water to wash my hands then waited for the water tank to fill so I could take a shower ordered some food tasted awful don’t no if they used old oil to fry the chicken overall not good experience would never book another room with them or recommend to bothers”

“The property is very intimately set up the room that I got had the hot tub and the balcony connected, which was very nice. The only thing that I had an issue with was, I guess the room hadn’t been used in a little while so there was a a few small bugs that were in the bed and when I turned the ceiling fan on a few of them fell from the ceiling fan and because of the heat, the power kept going off and it stayed off for quite a while in the middle of the night, which caused us to be extremely hot,...
