“This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. “It was clean and quiet. I would suggest that you have an all inclusive package that would include the bar and drink with dinner and breakfast. I would pay an extra 200$ for an all inclusive package. The gift shop should have regular hours. 8am-5pm every day. I could not buy any gifts when checking out because the gift shop was closed. Other than that, the staff was excellent.”

Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.”
