🅿️ The property is accessible by car via a typical country lane (access road width: 1.77 meters), therefore only for small vehicles.

🚘 Near the house (250 meters away) there is a small area dedicated to free parking for larger vehicles.

🛺 If you have a medium or large car, we can offer a free transfer service upon arrival to comfortably reach the house, even with the bulkiest suitcases.

🌳 Only the garden and the vast outdoor spaces are shared with the (few) people who live in the villa.

👥 It is forbidden to accommodate additional guests not included in the reservation without the prior consent of the owner.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but you are welcome to smoke outside (there is also a convenient ashtray).

⌛ For late check-in, beyond the standard check-in time, please notify the property in advance. A fee will be applied, tiered depending on the delay. However, the property guarantees flexibility and an organized welcome, avoiding inconvenience to guests and staff.

💶 Tourist Tax:

💸 The tourist tax required by the municipality of Massa Lubrense is €3 per night per person and is not included in the price and must be paid directly at the property upon check-in.
