Villa Chez Piè spans three levels, offering privacy and breathtaking views from each floor’s terrace and living spaces.

Ground Floor

Living and Dining Areas: Enter through a shaded patio that leads into an open living area with vaulted glass doors, a cozy double sofa bed, and safari armchairs. A contemporary dining area complements the fully-equipped kitchen, decorated with traditional Italian majolica and modern design elements.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: This level includes a king-size bedroom with pool and sea views, as well as a second king-size bedroom, accessed by a separate enrance with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, all with access to the patio and garden.

First Floor

Panoramic Dining and Lounge: Ascend the outdoor staircase to reach the first-floor terrace, leading into a dining area with a fireplace, surrounded by windows that allow light to flood the space. Adjacent is a comfortable lounge area with panoramic sea views.

Kitchen and Bedroom: This floor includes a second fully equipped kitchen with views of the garden, and a king-size bedroom with a bathroom, offering guests complete privacy and comfort.

Second Floor

Rooftop Terrace and Bedrooms: The staircase from the dining area leads up to a rooftop terrace with awe-inspiring sea views. Here, guests will find a bedroom with twin beds and countryside views, along with a king-size bedroom featuring Mediterranean-inspired decor, garden views, and a shared bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor Spaces

The outdoor areas of Villa Chez Piè are designed for relaxation and al fresco dining, surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens.

Infinity Heated Pool and Sunbathing Area: The pool area includes sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and ample space to relax while overlooking the turquoise sea.

Patio with Pergola and Outdoor Kitchen: The shaded ground-floor patio is perfect for al fresco dining with a barbecue area, pizza oven, and outdoor kitchen set amidst olive groves. Guests can enjoy dining under the pergola or lounging while soaking in views of Capri Island.

Terraces with Panoramic Views: Each level’s terrace offers stunning views, complete with designer lounging furniture for relaxing or dining under the stars.

Tourist Tax
The municipality where the structure is located applies a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax, is calculated based on the number of nights of your booking: 3€ per adult per night (From April 1st to October 31st)

Events and Gatherings: Villa Chez Piè is available for select events with prior approval. For weddings, photoshoots, or special gatherings, please contact us as additional fees may apply.

Private Chef and Catering Services: All external services, including private chefs, must be pre-approved. Unauthorized services are not permitted.

Wood Oven Usage: For a traditional Italian pizza experience, only our pizzaioli may use the villa’s wood oven. Please inquire for pricing and availability.

Accessibility: Due to the multi-level layout and stairways, Villa Chez Piè may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users.
