“We recently stayed at The Pristine for 4 days and paid around ₹25,000 for the stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the hotel's claimed luxury positioning. Issues during stay: First day dog was barking entire night. Not sure how they allowed a pet in the floor where other guests are staying. Television was not working. “Booked this hotel on Expedia as the pictures made it look promising, but do not be deceived! Were provided 2 rooms for 4 guests. First set of rooms had damaged walls, dirty sheets (which we requested to be changed), and odor. We then asked for new room options and the new rooms again, had dirty sheets, odor, and one room had a hole in the bathroom wall allowing mosquitoes into the room.
