Hotel a Mastrils

“The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon.”

“Convenient parking and great view if you're on the right side of the building. Spacious room with cooking niche. Unfortunately cleanliness needs to be improved. I had to ask for a new kettle, as it was disgusting. Didn't even mention the pot.”

“La stanza non può essere considerata una suite. Il divano letto è estremamente scomodo con un materasso sottilissimo e la struttura che cigola ad ogni movimento. Insonorizzazione pessima, si sentivano continuamente i rumor delle camere vicine.”

“Extremely small room on the third floor (no elevator), the shower was not in the room but on the second floor, private but it was just another small room with only the shower. Then you have to go down one floor with everything in hand, including a towel, take a shower, get dressed and go back to your room. The room was not cleaned the first day because there was no "to be cleaned" label on the door. This is usually used to "do not disturb", not to ask for cleaning. The second day I left the room...

“Thank you for the stay, the tv wasn’t working quite right but they looked after us. The staff seemed genuinely sincere in making you feel welcome & comfortable. Lugging up the suitcases to the first floor was a workout but they have a small elevator to take over once you hit reception. ”
