“The house was very nice. Lots of room for people to sleep and living area is a great set up. I believe we stayed just after some construction was done because there were some materials and beer bottles left in the deck outside but it wasn’t a bid deal to pick up and move them out of the way. The owner also don’t send us the instructions at check in and I had to call but they responded quickly and we did get in the house without any issues. ”

“One of the nicest places we have stayed during our yearly trips to Matagorda! The stairs were really steep to get up to the bedroom. Was fine for us but could be an issue for some people. There is no wi-fi so be sure to have a hot spot if you need to get online. Was roomy and very nicely decorated! We had 7 adults and 4 kiddos, there was plenty of room for everyone!”

“Rooms were just ok. Floors in hallway are dirty. Breakfast is limited.”

“This is an older property in a fishing town. It was quiet and clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The pool was refreshing after a hot morning of fishing.”

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but our coffee machine was broken, and the blackout shade would not roll all the way down. All in all, I am more concerned that the room is clean and the staff is friendly so I would stay again.”
