“The house was modern (with an induction stove!), clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Great pool and patio area. The bedrooms were all roomy and had AC split units (but the main living, common areas did not). Coming from Hawaii, we were familiar with tropical environs though Tahiti was hotter and much more humid perhaps because it lacked the trade winds that help cool Hawaii. Interestingly, despite the large presence of mosquitoes and other topical critters, we noticed there were no screens on...

“At first, we wanted to relocate due to the hot condition in our room because this place has no Air condtioning. I believe another fan (two) or a better one will help the issue. We tried to relocate but the owner did point out that the place has no AC, so too late for us to back out. However, it turned out good or we made the best out of it. “Fortunately, driving instructions were very clear as it involved 1.5 km ascent, last leg on bumpy road, but once we entered the gate, wow! Villa was excellent, pool was great and deck has fabulous views of Pacific & Moorea. as usual, kitchen lacked gourmet equipment, but otherwise all was excellent. Owners were very helpful as well.”

“This tiny home has everything you need and is just steps away from the best snorkeling on the island. We had a great experience and they even let us stay a little bit later so we could finish our mountain biking trip. I would definitely stay again.”

“We could not stay there, it was dilapidated. Mosquitos were rampant because it's in a forest. The place was filthy, Mosquito net over the bed had gaping holes in it. No TV. We left and stayed at the TeMoana a few days, and then rented a beach house in Paea that was so much nicer. Which I will give a good review to. I demanded a refund but have not had any luck getting my money back. Ican't believe they're putting this trash out there to rent.”
