“Booked a Double deluxe room. Very good hotel with clean room, linen and bathroom with comfortable bed. Very good view from the balcony. Excellent continental buffet breakfast with live omelette station and Sri Lankan style food variety. Everything from check in to check out was seamless. Not a great fan of the roof top bar. Not a good value for money considering the portion size. Highly recommend this place. from check in to checkout was very smooth ”

The only negative does not relate to the hotel itself maybe more about the city of Kandy, its very nosey and busy, we were hounded by local traders and drivers all day which compared to other parts of the country we would not have the same experienceits ”

“Great place to stay in Kandy! Rooms are clean, comfortable, and shower is great. Staff are true professionals and definitely want you to have a great stay. Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. Great place to stay!”

“Hotel is in a amazing position in the Kandy hills. The hotel is very beautiful, mostly for couples. My expectation were hire than what i found. The furniture of the room was very beautiful and based on the island style, the bathroom was very little, and not maintain properly, the bath was not good ( i prefer shower). But in the complex the hotel and room were good. only thing I have to signal is that the room was not very clean, but acceptable. During the night there was a buzzer noise. I expect...

“We had a standard room. They were small...dirty...no windows. The photo on expedia or in their site are false. You have a window on an aisle nothing more. The manager did not help us. He only said:" you had a standard room" . So when it is standard can be dirty; with bad smell. Never again”
