“Clean room”

“1. Ordered 2 things from off the menu from the restaurant. They got the order wrong. 2. Checked in. Received room key. Room was dirty and beds not made up. 3. Received a key card for a new room. Card did not open door to the room.”

“Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person. The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...

“The breakfast was delicious. Staff was constantly restocking. The front desk agent was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The pool was a bit dirty and had small things floating in it but the kids had a great time swimming! Could hear everything though the door in the room. With it was more sound proof. But the room was very clean. Excellent setup. Wonderful amenities. Will stay again.”
