“The room was bright and clean. All the staff were very helpful! I left before the breakfast was served however I was offered a bagged breakfast to take with me. The pool looked as though it was very clean, there were numerous people in it cooling off. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel.”

“This hotel was nice but not worth the price. For this price you can get a more luxurious hotel in other parts of the Caribbean. The pool was not that clean. Impossible to use the jacuzzi. Full of leaves.”

“The pool was often dirty with debris. The food lacked flavor overall and there was not much to do. The staff was okay but enforced rules that were not enforced for other guests. I would not visit this property or Costa Rica again. I stayed from 5/14 - 5/18. ”

Local ingredients crafted to perfection nice cocktails (incredible selection of bottles and top shelf) also their wine list is amazing. They have also a very nice store with blue zone products. The menu changed every evening (Italian, Caribbean, Mexican) , the protein was prepared fresh upon request. Typically you had the choice of beef, chicken, fresh fish or pork. The breakfast had an omelet chef, fantastic fruit/pastries & AMAZING coffee. The hotel was a small boutique hotel. The pools were well maintained, staff was constantly...

“It was nice little expensive for what you get”

“The property and villas were stunning! Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Everyone knew us by name! Loved having breakfast included with many delicious options. Having a stand alone villa was a treat. No noisy neighbors! We spent a couple mornings at the main pool and usually ended up in our plunge pool in the afternoons. The views from everywhere are amazing! Although we loved our Sunset Villa, it was warm in the late afternoon when trying to get ready for dinner. No way to block out...

“This is a great boutique hotel for someone looking for a reclusive and quite stay. It is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Fyi. The standard room only has one queen size bed. If you're traveling with friends, it is best to book separate rooms unless you want to share a bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We are so glad to have chosen LADE.”
