My daughter and I stayed the night after a softball tournament, her last game was at 7pm we were exhausted & just wanted to have dinner, take a shower & go to sleep because we had to be up at 6am. At 12:30 the front desk lady comes knocking at my door asking me sign papers… like really. Then at 2:30 the fire alarm goes off. ”

“I had asked for a downstairs room since they didn’t have an elevator and I was healing up from tearing my tendons on my left knee from falling downstairs backwards a month earlier and my dog is 1.5 years old so stairs are not her friend either. The counters were all dirty, the floor was so dirty I had to mop it twice so my feet would not turn black. The kitchen sink leaked all over my things I had on the counter, and on the floor. “Room was not very clean and mis matched paint in the room where repairs were done. My blankets had white crusty stains on the outside of the blanket. Linen was very dingy and out dated. The pool was empty with no water in it. The AC barely cooled the room. Only great thing was the young lady at the front making things easy and she was friendly.”

“My first room did not have a tv. So I asked to be moved to a room with a tv. The second room was better. The price for the hotel was cheaper then other in the areas so you definitely get what you pay for. The elevator, hallways and rooms could benefit from a remodel. The room felt dirty and I could hear people all night but breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again but I would look for other options first.
