“The home was perfect and was in a great spot. I enjoyed the walk to Yorktown, the history, and plus the food. If you get a chance make sure you go Farmers market on Saturday’s. Nice walk and there was some amazing things at the farmers market. ”

“Tthe history of the property itself was amazing. Not to mention the surrounding area. The house was near to the community but also far enough out to be very quiet and peaceful. We loved the open floor plan of the main level but if you have issues with mobility, accessing the stairs to the second floor may be an issue. ”

“Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and quiet. This cottage has all the amenities of a hotel, plus more. Full kitchen with provided cookware, one and a half bathrooms, large dining room and family room. Outside is as beautiful as it is inside, with a nice private, fenced yard to just relax in. Perfect location within walking distance to the beach and Water St festivities. There isn't anything negative to write about. Would highly recommend.”

We have been long time tenants of the property and the advancements since our last visit 13 years ago were fantastic. The new porch was fantastic for all our meals and morning coffee and the bay was as beautiful as ever. Highly recommend booking this spot and we will surely be back!”
