“Had no Wi-Fi the entire stay..”

“Easy check-in”

“Wonderful, old-Florida feel with modern touches. Jay is a wonderful host, the place was exactly as described, clean as a whistle, comfortable, everything worked, quiet, relaxing, I can't find enough superlatives to describe how much we enjoyed the VRBO.If you're a gardener, you;re going to absolutely LOVE what Jay has done with his 4 acres. If you like fresh seafood, you MUST drive 15 minutes down the main road to Island Crab Seafood (St. James City, not the processing facility in Pine Island...

“Could not even stay there. Rundown. Pictures not a true rendition of building. Left before even checking in. As you pay upfront no choice. I should have looked at Google to see conditions before booking. My fault entirely. Never again will I make that mistake”

I sat outside to work with my laptop on a pillow in my lap. I would stay here...

“Needed a decent sleep before the drive and got it here. The bed was comfy and quiet too , just what I needed after a long day. Location is convenient, near shops and restaurants.”
