The Secret Island Retreat Heated Pool Open Water

Summary:
Free Heated Pool with open Panoramic Bay Views with Amazing Sunsets from this open layout with 4 bedrooms , a den, 3 bath, 2 car garage. 3200 sq ft. 2nd floor has an oversize owners suite with picture windows over the bay and provides an abundance of space for sitting area or quiet space. Three guests rooms + den. Don't forget to relax & enjoy the breeze on the 2nd story balcony...the perfect retreat. Kayaks, 2 boat lifts, fishing poles, bicycles, games, Grill and much more.

The Space:
Boaters will enjoy 1 walk around boat lift + kayak dock and extra kayaks to use; a water enthusiast's dream! Island hop by boat, kayak, fish, explore the breathtaking waters of SW FL! Free RV hook-up if needed.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. There is a locked single car garage on the right side of the home that is locked with the owners supplies. You and your guests still have full access to the 2 car garage to the left of the home.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood and extremely safe, everything is in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Getting Around:
can get around by walking, biking, kayak or boat.

Other Things to Note:
Complete privacy on open water on both sides. Safe quiet neighborhood in walking distance to restaurants and shopes.

Interaction with Guests:
I live 15 miles away, but I'm available if you have any issues. The home is self check in and out. I'm happy to assist you with any questions or emergencies 24/7 by phone or text.
