“Lobby looked nice the rest of property was just ok the room was clean but dated”

“A full selection of items were served for breakfast such as eggs, sausages, cinammon rolls, fruit, pancakes, etc.”

“Looks like they are going through an innovation. Staffs were nice and the building was clean. Located outside of Dubuque, but still close from the downtown.”

“Rooms was full of musty smell.. hard to sleep in”

“We did not see staff very much. At the front desk we had to call for help when we checked in and out. At breakfast, no one came to check if more of anything needed to have food added.”

“The room had ants on the walls, windows, and floor. And it stank.”

“The drain in the bath tub was clogged. I told front desk about it, and someone came to check it. He said he’d come back to fix it, but it never got fixed. So we showered, standing in a pool of water.”
