However, the “contactless reception” model ended up being a major drawback. There was effectively no staff available at any point during our stay. “Do not stay here unless you are staying during a time that the rates are not elevated. It is not worth it. Our room was not clean and room service from previous customers was outside of our room the entire time even though we asked that it be picked up. The AC was blowing so loud in the hall we could hear it in our room. The construction outside it loud and started at 7:30am on a Saturday. ”

“Das Hotel hat viel Charme. Das Zimmer mit Flussblick war sehr schön und geräumig, das Personal sehr nett. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Organisation beim Frühstück ist furchtbar. Man muss warten bis man aufgerufen wird, dann darf man sich setzen obwohl viele Tische frei sind. Am Tag 2 war niemand da, also haben wir uns einfach hingesetzt. Es dauerte 40 min bis wir endlich unser Frühstück hatten. Das geht besser.”

“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”
