Equipped for 6 people, it includes a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, an equipped open-plan kitchen, one bedroom with 80 cm trundle beds, a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a lovely balcony with a port view. The furniture is recent and harmonious, and the apartment is very bright.

Pool opening hours: June 1 to September 30, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and until 7:00 PM in September. The pool is not heated.

Towel and sheet rental is available upon request, payable on site. Optional cleaning service is also available for a fee. Pets are allowed free of charge.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest resort to Montpellier (13 km, about a 15-minute drive). It is a family-friendly resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you will find numerous activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or at the port. Local markets are held three times a week during the summer season, and a craft market is present at the port every Wednesday.

The property is located on the main avenue of Carnon, just a few meters from the beach. It takes about a fifteen-minute walk to reach the port and shops, or a few minutes by car.
