“Room was very nice. Items not included were an alarm clock and a coffee maker. These are pretty basic items for any hotel room.”

“I've stayed at this Best Western multiple times the past 10 years. It's handy location. Clean rooms and staff is always friendly and helpful.”

“The house was immaculate upon arrival. The area is beautiful - set in a more rural area near Columbia, TN. There was a pond on the property our dogs enjoyed walking to each day. The provided toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc) and snacks were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting our family. ”

“Everything was good but the refrigerator didn't work and when I walked in for hours it smelled like pot yuck. The smell in the room was awful I bought spray. Other than that it was a good stay quiet breakfast excellent.”

“The only down side to my stay was that the maid did not come back to freshen the room (add coffee, and new towels) during the day. I had spilled some coffee on my bed and tried to tell the maid, but there appeared to be a language barrier. The spill was small, so I didn't think too much of it, but other than that I had a n enjoyable stay and would recommend this property as a cheap alternative and only 45 minutes from Nashville.”

“The person at the front counter was rude. When we asked for batteries for the remote thst did not work she said tou can come get them and in the middle if the conversation hung up on my wife. She was extremely rude.”
