“Room was quiet & clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The drawers, hangers, and other room design elements were well thought out and useful. The TV was great and allowed you to sign into your own Netfix or Prime accounts for streaming and a couple of others. “We traveled up 7 hours to attend a family members funeral. The beds were very uncomfortable- hard as a rock. I called the front desk to request a softer bed and was told every single bed is the same. We went to the funeral at 10:30. It was decided that because we did not sleep we would drive home and not stay the second night. I spoke with Expedia and the manager at the Hampton Inn and neither would offer any resolution as far as a refund for the second night. We won’t stay at another Hampton...

“It's about what you'd expect from a discount hotel. Staff had issues on check in, not sure if it was because I booked through Expedia or some sort of tech issue. Didn't even try the free breakfast; looked to either be all carb's or microwaved food. Room was good. There's no services on site as far as a restaurant or bar. If you are just looking for a quite place to sleep close to the highway this is it.”
