“It was opening weekend. Staff were still being trained - meaning check in took a lot longer than it should have. Pool hours were dumb, it closed at 9pm (Maybe adults only till 11 would be good?). ”

“Check in and check out were easy by using the link provided. The whirlpool had distinct water line ring & hair in the bottom. The ice bucket had black mold around the ring at the top. The exterior door of the hotel was unlocked/unlatched when we entered. Once we closed it shut and tried to reopen for a family member bringing in baggage, the door would not open. Both of these were alarming.”

“Pros: beautiful views, walkable to downtown with food and shopping options, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff. Cons: no food or drinks at hotel (our stay was early May).”

“Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no breakfast options but we knew that ahead of time so we brought our own. In a good location really big pool. We didn’t use, but it looked nice.”

“No frills no thrills, basic hotel to sleep. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and a great place if you are just spending a night or 2. Remember to bring your shampoo and body soap and luckily we had places planned for breakfast like moose jaws and Paul Bunyans”
