I had a very spacious room with large bedroom, comfortable bed, quaint living area with microwave, sink, refrigerator, and a few place settings. This was a fabulous place and quite affordable!

I’ve stayed here twice, both times have been phenomenal. The restaurant attached to the hotel has amazing steaks and prime rib! Very nice pool (shallow but has basketball) very nice and large hot tub as well. Will continue to stay here whenever in this area. Very easy to go to dells or black river falls. Conveniently located. Staff is always nice, beds and ammentities are very nice and clean. 10/10!

A hidden gem in Mauston right off the interstate. This property is maintained beautifully. The rooms were clean and updated, comfortable beds, and a fridge & microwave. The lobby is gorgeous, and the free breakfast was tasty. Lots of amenities for a fraction of the cost. Will definitely be back.

The property was very nice the only complaint i have is the cook in the restaurant i ordered a burger and they faild to prepare it correctly i told them i wanted to remake it and they came back 3 minutes later and said they took another buger off the grill but they didnt have time to even melt the cheese and told me that they did i got back to my room and the burger was cold

Family visit in Mauston
We loved staying at The Lodge. The room and beds were comfortable, we loved the hot tub, and the front desk staff was excellent. The lobby is beautiful and the staff lit a fire for us, and even offered to make a pizza when we came back from a function too late for the restaurant. The restaurant was excellent, delicious French onion soup. We will be back.

We always stay here when traveling through to Minnesota for business. We love it! It’s in a very convenient location, the parking lot is huge so if you’re like us and have a trailer of some sort there is no worries. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It has awesome lodge decor and is very safe. They have their own bar & restaurant and the breakfast is awesome in the morning! We will most definitely continue to stay here!

Beautiful clean rooms. Breakfast good. Usual choices. Cozy lobby. Clean pool and hot tub. Stayed 2 nights while visiting family. Wasn’t crowded. Very quiet. Slept well on a comfy bed. No water in the room fridge but lobby had a place to buy. Had dinner at the restaurant was good entrees pricey. Just had a nice chicken sandwich reasonably priced. Would stay again

We felt very safe and loved the outdoor patio as well as the attached restaurant. Nice and clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We will book again for next year for our whole entire stay rather than just 1 night.

Loved the “Yellowstone” decor. Rooms were VERY spacious. Spa like towels. Restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was sub par but enough to get you going in the morning.

Beautiful hotel, gross breakfast
The room was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast experience was the complete opposite. Dirty plates in the stack at the beginning of the buffet. Flies everywhere so it was good that the muffins were covered with plastic wrap. I saw the server flick pieces of scrambled egg from the rim of the pan into the pan with her bare fingers. Gross. Sausages were bland and undercooked. The cut melon and pineapple did not look anywhere near fresh. Totally gross. Too bad because the hotel decor is so beautiful and the room was really nice.

A very nice stay. Loved the resturant and food was excellent. Loved the lodge decorating and atmosphere. Excellent place to stay. Had a little snack shop too. Did not have to leave once we got there for anything. Nice indoor pool and outside patios.

Romantic Getaway
This is an amazing place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, the room size was enormous. It was great to spend time on a the summer evening buy the firepit and enjoy the outdoors too. I would come back for a stay again soon.

Highly recommend staying at The Lodge
Our stay was very good & comfortable. We were mostly visiting friends on the lake, but we did enjoy our room. Every area was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was helpful & friendly. We used the pool once and it was very clean, but a bit cold for us. One morning, the breakfast items were cold, but we were very thankful for the eggs, sausages and biscuits. One area of the website states it is a continental breakfast, which infers there is only pastries, cereal and bread items. We enjoyed that we could buy Kozy's pizza, and make it in the convection oven right there in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable beds/pillows. Large rooms with a great courtyard area with 2 fire pits. Breakfast was great also!
