“Check in and check out were easy by using the link provided. The whirlpool had distinct water line ring & hair in the bottom. The ice bucket had black mold around the ring at the top. The exterior door of the hotel was unlocked/unlatched when we entered. Once we closed it shut and tried to reopen for a family member bringing in baggage, the door would not open. Both of these were alarming.”

“Honestly the setting and staff were great! WiFi was lacking so don't plan to work onsite. Great place to get away”

“I had my DoorDash order taken by another guest from outside my room. By the time the staff reviewed the cameras and figured out what room they were in, they had eaten nearly all the food. The hotel did reimburse me back the cost of the DoorDash order. Thank you. 😊”

“Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no breakfast options but we knew that ahead of time so we brought our own. In a good location really big pool. We didn’t use, but it looked nice.”

“No frills no thrills, basic hotel to sleep. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and a great place if you are just spending a night or 2. Remember to bring your shampoo and body soap and luckily we had places planned for breakfast like moose jaws and Paul Bunyans”

“When we very first arrived, there was a smooth check-in and we stayed in hotel Rome, which is connected to the waterpark. We proceeded to the hotel and could not find any bell carts one of the workers that was working. The arcade area gave us a phone number to call we then proceeded to call the hotel. They said they were gonna let the Publix people know to bring bill carts down. We then waited a half an hour. We could not lug all of our stuff in with three small children, and my fiancé proceeded...
