“Better than expected. Nice room, clean and updated.”

“The facility was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was well prepared. Unfortunately, one young staff member had a young child about two years old to whom she fed breakfast. Apparently she needed to take him to her daycare provider immediately after she fed him so she left the hotel. When we tried to checkout we learned that she was the only person on desk duty. We waited at the desk for approximately 10 minutes until we finally found another staff member in the breakfast...
