Hotel di lusso a Maxwell

“Bella struttura, purtroppo durante la nostra permanenza il mare era in cattive condizioni, La direzione dell'hotel per ovviare il problema ha organizzato degli shuttle verso altre spiagge, peccato che alcuni di questi fossero a pagamento. Visto che la vacanza era stata prenotata con ampio anticipo, ci saremmo aspettati di essere informati per tempo circa questo problema e ci saremmo aspettati soluzioni gratuite da parte della Direzione della struttura. A parte questo disagio, il giudizio...

“Perfect location, great entertainment, all restaurants were open & food was great! Close to shopping places. Hotel provided free rides to different beaches because of the seaweed. Staff was wondering & my beach front room still had amazing views”

“The staff were great. I was disappointed in that I booked Ocean View with 2 Queen size beds. They placed us in 1 King size bed which was stated we booked 2 Queen size beds. It was unacceptable in that we waited for an unnecessary amount of time.”

“We understood that it was not peak vacation time in Barbados, but the resort was empty. The resort did not conduct any activities they had listed for the pool or the beach. No music being played - very low key. Restaurant choices very limited and one night there was even same menu two nights in a row. Very limited buffets. LOVED the staff at the spa! Definitely visit. The room was beautiful - very spacious and the view was wonderful.”

“The room was clean but unfortunately very uncomfortable. The bathroom lead straight to construction where people were working from 8a-5p (we were barely in but the days we slept in, we’d be waken up by this.) we booked this hotel since it is a 4 star hotel on Expedia, it is indeed not. It’s a three star hotel. Breakfast was not included, was able to use the beach and pool free will. The restaurant at the hotel was decent but paying approximately $80USD for two for just 2 mains was not worth it....

“Struttura bellissima (unico neo è che stanno ampliando il resort quindi c'è un edificio in costruzione in questo periodo ma sono talmente bravi e discreti per cui non da nessun fastidio) curata nei minimi particolari, dipendenti gentilissimi sempre sorridenti e disposti ad aiutarti per tutte le esigenze, curano il cliente in ogni momento della giornata e offrono un servizio perfetto. Vacanza meravigliosa lo consiglierei a famiglie e coppie perché ci sono aree dedicate solo agli adulti.”
