“Little house was in very good shape and nice. I don't like the rooms were divided by a curtain, the sofa was not sofa bed, as alternative for privacy. It was well equipe as the kitchen go. the parking space was too tight for my tacoma. the thing that was not mention was the stair to the Sirena, I had bad knees, Nilda”

“This place was perfect for our short stint in Rincon. There is plenty of space and unlike many places on the island it has a huge garage. The view is amazing! This place is just minutes away from everything you would want to do in or around Rincon. I highly recommend staying l. The hosts are also very accommodating and provide information about the local area. When in the area we will definitely stay again.”

“Our stay here was great! The townhouse was clean and spacious. It get’s very hot even in late October but the breeze is great and there are two air conditioning units that help a lot. The private plunge pool is an amazing feature and we did use the infinity pool within the complex. Rincón is just a few minutes away by car and there are a ton of places to eat there as small shops. There are MANY beaches close by. During our stay in late October, the town and beaches were not super busy but still...

“My wife and i just had a wonderful trip to Casa Loba - the unit was very spacious, clean and modern. We stayed in the unit on the ground floor that was the 1000 sq ft unit, the beach is a truly just a 60-second walk away from the beach down a private walkway. The house is on a long stretch of beach in rincon where you can walk down the beach and come out right in the center of town where all of the restaurants and shops are located. Tnx Jennifer and to Tropical Coast Properties for such a...

“La ubicación a minutos de las playas. Todo limpio y ordenado!”

“1. The property key pad was confusing and not working correctly. It took me a bit every tome to unlock the door. If they update the key pads or put a key would’ve been better. 2. One of the room mattress was dirty and smells moldy. 3. The couch inside was filthy like it was never cleaned from the previous guests 4. The ac in the kids room has been making a weird noise 5. Pool is has bird poop and the filter was green. Besides the pool was small.”
